From a Small Village in Midnapore to Building a Growing PR and Digital Solutions Company
Every successful journey begins with a dream. For Subrata Midya, Founder and CEO of Think nXt Media, that dream began in a small village in Midnapore, West Bengal.
Coming from a middle-class family, Subrata understood the value of hard work, determination and creating opportunities through his own efforts. Despite the challenges of starting a business at a young age, he believed that the right vision, consistent effort and willingness to learn could create something meaningful.
While pursuing his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at JIS College of Engineering (2019–2023), Subrata identified an opportunity to combine technology, media and business communication. Instead of waiting until graduation, he started Think nXt Media in 2021, during his second year of engineering.
Building a company while managing his studies was not easy. He had to learn how to manage clients, understand market needs, develop business relationships and deliver services with limited resources. Every challenge became an opportunity to learn and improve.
With a clear vision to help businesses grow, Subrata gradually developed Think nXt Media into a multi-service company offering public relations, branding, digital marketing and IT solutions. His focus on media visibility, brand reputation and digital transformation helped the company serve clients across different industries and international markets.
For Subrata, Think nXt Media has never been just a business. He has nurtured the company like his own child, investing his time, energy and dedication into its growth. Every client relationship, completed project and new opportunity has become part of the company's journey.
His story reflects the determination of a young entrepreneur who chose to build his own path rather than follow a conventional career route. Today, his mission remains clear: to empower businesses, create meaningful brand stories and help entrepreneurs turn their ambitions into reality.
